Powsta\u0142 w 2 lub 3 dekadzie XVI wieku, zaraz po wzniesieniu mur\u00f3w, do kt\u00f3rych zosta\u0142 przystawiony. Jest to r\u00f3wnie\u017c druga najstarsza synagoga w Czechach po Starej Synagodze w Pradze.<\/p>\n<p>Synagoga by\u0142a przebudowywana konstrukcyjnie w r\u00f3\u017cnych okresach, m.in. w latach 70. XVIII w., ostatnio w latach 1948-50 jako sala modlitewna. Zlikwidowano wej\u015bcia od strony wschodniej i przeniesiono na p\u00f3\u0142nocn\u0105 i po\u0142udniow\u0105 \u015bcian\u0119.
