Metin Feyzio\u011flu (7 Temmuz 1969, \u0130stanbul do\u011fumlu), T\u00fcrk ceza hukuku profes\u00f6r\u00fc, diplomat ve T\u00fcrkiye Barolar Birli\u011fi\u2019nin eski ba\u015fkan\u0131d\u0131r. 2013-2021 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye Barolar Birli\u011fi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6revini y\u00fcr\u00fcten Feyzio\u011flu, T\u00fcrk siyasetinin \u00f6nemli isimlerinden Turhan Feyzio\u011flu\u2019nun torunudur. 18 Temmuz 2012'de Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi (CHP) Parti Meclisi'ne Bilim, Y\u00f6netim ve K\u00fclt\u00fcr Platformu kontenjan\u0131ndan se\u00e7ilmi\u015ftir. 2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda bu g\u00f6revinden istifa eden Feyzio\u011flu, 30 Ekim 2022\u2019de Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Recep Tayyip Erdo\u011fan taraf\u0131ndan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin Lefko\u015fa B\u00fcy\u00fckel\u00e7isi olarak atanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 24 Kas\u0131m 2024 tarihinde ise Egemen Ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u2019\u0131n yerine Prag B\u00fcy\u00fckel\u00e7isi olarak atanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Life<\/h3>\n

Metin Feyzio\u011flu, 7 Temmuz 1969 tarihinde \u0130stanbul\u2019un Kad\u0131k\u00f6y il\u00e7esi K\u0131z\u0131ltoprak semtinde Saide (Feyzio\u011flu) Bu\u00e7uko\u011flu ve Mehmet Bu\u00e7uko\u011flu\u2019nun \u00e7ocu\u011fu olarak d\u00fcnyaya gelmi\u015ftir. Ne yaz\u0131k ki, annesi do\u011fumdan iki saat sonra vefat etmi\u015f ve Feyzio\u011flu, anneannesi Leyla Feyzio\u011flu ve dedesi Turhan Feyzio\u011flu taraf\u0131ndan evlat edinilerek Ankara\u2019da b\u00fcy\u00fct\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n

Education and Career<\/h3>\n

Feyzio\u011flu, 1986 y\u0131l\u0131nda TED Ankara Koleji\u2019nden mezun olmu\u015f ve ard\u0131ndan Ankara \u00dcniversitesi Hukuk Fak\u00fcltesi\u2019ni 1990 y\u0131l\u0131nda tamamlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 1991 y\u0131l\u0131nda Ankara Barosu\u2019na kaydolmu\u015ftur. 1992\u2019de Kamu Hukuku alan\u0131nda y\u00fcksek lisans\u0131n\u0131 tamamlam\u0131\u015f, 1995 y\u0131l\u0131nda doktor unvan\u0131 alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 1996 y\u0131l\u0131nda Ankara \u00dcniversitesi Hukuk Fak\u00fcltesi\u2019ne Ceza Hukuku alan\u0131nda yard\u0131mc\u0131 do\u00e7ent olarak atanm\u0131\u015f, 2002\u2019de do\u00e7ent, 2005\u2019te ise profes\u00f6r olmu\u015ftur. Ayr\u0131ca Columbia \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nde hukuk \u0130ngilizcesi sertifika program\u0131n\u0131 tamamlayarak uluslararas\u0131 alanda da kendini geli\u015ftirmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

2007 y\u0131l\u0131nda Ankara \u00dcniversitesi Hukuk Fak\u00fcltesi Dekan\u0131 olarak atanm\u0131\u015f ve bu g\u00f6revde bir y\u0131l boyunca bulunmu\u015ftur. T\u00fcrkiye Barolar Birli\u011fi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcresince yarg\u0131 ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve hukuki reformlar konusunda \u00f6nemli ad\u0131mlar atm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Diplomatik Kariyeri ve Prag B\u00fcy\u00fckel\u00e7ili\u011fi Atamas\u0131<\/h3>\n

Lefko\u015fa B\u00fcy\u00fckel\u00e7ili\u011fi'ndeki ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 g\u00f6rev s\u00fcrecinin ard\u0131ndan Metin Feyzio\u011flu, 24 Kas\u0131m 2024 tarihinde Egemen Ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u2019\u0131n yerine Prag B\u00fcy\u00fckel\u00e7isi olarak atanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ba\u011f\u0131\u015f, \u00c7ek Cumhuriyeti B\u00fcy\u00fckel\u00e7ili\u011fi g\u00f6revinde ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 ve verimli bir d\u00f6nem ge\u00e7irmi\u015f, Feyzio\u011flu\u2019na \u00f6vg\u00fclerle bol \u015fans dileklerini iletmi\u015ftir.
