Nova Festival chutí (the Nova Festival of Tastes) brings well-known Czech restaurants into one hall for a weekend of tasting plates and cooking shows. It is organised by TV Nova and Bestsport and calls itself the largest winter food festival in the Czech Republic. The fourth edition takes place at O2 universum on 16–17 January 2027. The last edition drew almost 13,000 visitors.
What to Expect
Restaurants from across the country serve dishes at their own stands, and you move between them tasting as you go. Past line-ups have included around twenty restaurants, among them Eska, SaSaZu and Kampa Park. The 2027 list has not been published yet. Alongside the food there are:

Where It Happens
O2 universum is the conference and event centre next to O2 Arena in Libeň. It is a warm indoor option for January in Prague, when the city is quiet and cold.
Practical Notes
- Tickets: Single-day tickets are sold through Ticketmaster and Ticketportal, with reduced prices for children up to 120 cm. Tickets are not refunded or exchanged.
- Entry times: Saturday has two entry slots, 11:00 and 13:00. Sunday entry is from 11:00. Check the official listing for closing times.
- Getting there: Take metro line B to Českomoravská. The venue is next to the station.
- Best time to go: Come early on Sunday or in the first Saturday slot, before queues build at the most popular stands.
