Nestled between the Iron Mountains and the Žďár Hills, this museum offers a rich display of historical buildings and technical monuments amidst stunning natural scenery.

Historical Heritage and Exhibits

Rural Architecture and Farm Life Veselý Kopec showcases nearly 30 buildings, creating a village settlement that reflects the daily life of small farmers from the early 19th to mid-20th centuries. Explore traditional farmhouses, barns, and village structures like stables and pigsties that illustrate rural Czech life across generations.

Technical Monuments Experience the ingenuity of folk technology with water-driven mills and other technical monuments. Highlights include the restored water grain mill, originally from the Weselokopec mill foundation, and a collection of agricultural equipment from historical puppeteers’ caravans.
