Vaclavske Namesti testing Station is fast. It Takes Max 24 hours,  but beware of the long queu.You have to be there a little bit earlier in the mornin than the opening time to get a ticket and wait. 
There is a large antique/flea market at Nákladové Nádraží Žižkov every Friday/Saturday/Sunday. Entrance is 10kč, and if you’re looking for old stuff, used stuff, and shit that fell off a truck and you can get what ever you want.
